Cancellations
At Readers Paradise, we begin processing your order immediately after it’s placed to ensure fast delivery.
Because of this, we are unable to cancel, modify, or add items to your order once it has been submitted.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns
We currently do not accept returns for change of mind or other reasons.
However, if your order arrives damaged or broken, we’re here to help.
To qualify for a refund:
The product must have been purchased directly from www.readersparadise.com
You must contact us within 30 days of the shipping date
You must provide photo proof of the damage
Note: This policy does not apply to missing puzzle pieces or issues not related to damage during delivery.
Do not send items back unless you have been specifically instructed to do so by our Customer Service team.
Refunds
If your damaged item is approved for a refund:
The refund will be issued to your original payment method
It will be processed within 2–5 business days
Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account
