THE ROALD DAHL CLOTHBOUND COLLECTION · Bound in real cloth with gold foil · Illustrated by Quentin Blake
Boggis, Bunce and Bean are three of the meanest, nastiest farmers you could ever meet — and Mr Fox has been helping himself to their chickens, ducks and cider for years.
Fed up, the farmers decide to get rid of him for good. They try shooting him, then digging him out, then starving him and his family underground. But they have badly underestimated just how clever Mr Fox is, and soon he has a plan that will feed not only his own family but every creature living beneath the hill.
Short, sly and wonderfully satisfying, Fantastic Mr Fox is a perfect first Dahl.
